As ABC readies for its upfront presentation, a look at some of the new series making it to air next season:


The Catch

Shonda Rhimes' latest follows tough fraud investigator Alice Martin (Mireille Enos, The Killing) as she tries to work her cases while preventing her fiance from making her a victim of fraud as well.

Of Kings and Prophets

Another addition to the roster of biblical dramas. In this one, a weary king, resourceful shepherd, and resentful prophet find their paths intertwined in "a saga of faith, ambition, and betrayal."

The Family

Suspicions arise after a politician's presumed-dead son mysteriously returns in this thriller starring Joan Allen (The Killing), Zach Gilford (Friday Night Lights), Alison Pill (The Newsroom), and Margot Bingham (Boardwalk Empire).


Recruits at the FBI's top training base learn one of their own may be a terrorist.


Don Johnson (Miami Vice, Nash Bridges), Chace Crawford (Gossip Girl), and Rebecca Rittenhouse (Red Band Society) star in this drama about a working class couple who must face off against a ruthless oil tycoon in a gamble for black gold that could make or break them.

Wicked City

A murder in early-1980s Los Angeles brings police, journalists, and the drug-and-club scene of the Sunset Strip into conflict.


Dr. Ken

Based on Ken Jeong's (Community) real-life stint as a doctor, this comedy mixes medical practice and family matters.

The Muppets

The fuzzy crew is back in this documentary-style primetime show that offers a look at the Muppets' personal lives with a grown-up mindset.

The Real O'Neals

A son's coming-out announcement spurs a wave of fresh honesty for a Catholic family in this comedy.

Uncle Buck

Mike Epps (Bessie) takes on the title role in this reboot of the classic movie about a ne'er-do-well uncle who plays nanny and causes family havoc.
