Popular series Fixer Upper and Flip or Flop will receive spinoffs on HGTV.
The network announced in a press release this week that Fixer Upper: Behind the Design with Joanna Gaines and five new Flip or Flop titles will premiere in 2017.
"For the first time ever, HGTV finished the year as a top 10 network in primetime among broadcast and cable networks, which is a powerful achievement," HGTV general manager of U.S. programming and development Allison Page said.
Christina separated from here husband and 'Flip or Flop' co-star, Tarek El Moussa, in May of 2016.
"The reason we've seen consistent success is because we have the ability to create on-air and online content that surpasses expectations for audience delivery in an ever-changing environment," she added.
Fixer Upper: Behind the Design will "focus on Joanna's process to create the breathtaking designs showcased" on Fixer Upper. Gaines and husband Chip Gaines have starred on four seasons of Fixer Upper, which follows the couple as they renovate homes.
The five Flip or Flop titles, meanwhile, will follow new duos in Las Vegas, Atlanta, Fort Worth, Nashville and Chicago. Tarek and Christina El Moussa, who split in December, star on the original version.
'Chicago P.D.' star Sophia Bush talks her favorite TV, including 'Black Mirror', 'Sex and the City' and 'Fixer Upper' in TV Guide Magazine's 'My Obsessions' column.
"The tremendous, consistent ratings success of the original Flip or Flop with Tarek and Christina El Moussa inspired us to take a new look at house flipping programming," Page said. "We saw an opportunity to highlight what works in other regions by featuring successful couples that had mastered the art of flipping in their town."
HGTV will air a sneak peek of Fixer Upper: Behind the Design on March 28. Flip or Flop Vegas will premiere April 6, with Flip or Flop Atlanta to follow in August.
