Actor Neil Patrick Harris has confirmed his family program A Series of Unfortunate Events will return for a second season.
"A Series of @Unfortunate Events has been renewed for season two. Exciting! Unless, of course, you're a Baudelaire...," Harris tweeted.
The eight-part, first season began streaming on Netflix in January. Patrick Warburton, Joan Cusack, Malina Weissman and Louis Hynes co-star.
"A Series of Unfortunate Events recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans—Violet, Klaus and Sunny—whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance. The siblings must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling his many devious plans and disguises, in order to discover clues to their parents' mysterious death," says a synopsis for the show.
