David Giuntoli, Poppy Montgomery Join CBS Pilot 'Mission Control'

Grimm star David Giuntoli and Unforgettable's Poppy Montgomery are set to appear in CBS' latest drama pilot titled Mission Control.

According to Deadline, the series follows the next generation of NASA astronauts and scientists as they juggle their personal and professional lives during a dangerous mission.

Netflix's upcoming animated Castlevania should be the first of many videos games to be turned into television shows.

Giuntoli, will be seen portraying male lead Stevenson, an astronaut, while Montgomery will play female-lead Julie, the director of the mission.

The pair will be joined by the previously cast Nestor Serrano and Levi Fiehler.

Mission Control comes from The Martian author Andy Weir and the film version's executive producer Simon Kinberg.

Montgomery is coming off a four-season run as the lead on Unforgettable as Giuntoli has just ended the sixth and final season of Grimm.
