The months fans have already waited for answers aren’t quite long enough for HBO, it seems. After last week’s totally unexpected and definitely not telegraphed at all reveal, the big question on the minds of Game of Thrones viewers everywhere has shifted from “when is he coming back?” to “what’s he going to do now?” But to put it in the words of the sage Tyrion Lannister (Peter Dinklage), “If you want justice, you’ve come to the wrong place.”

In the promo photos HBO has released for Season 6’s third episode, there is a conspicuous lack of a certain perforated Lord Commander, and the closest thing we get to any acknowledgement of a miraculous resurrection is a moderately perplexed looking Davos (Liam Cunningham). Instead, this batch of teasers focuses on the progress, or lack thereof, in a number of other plotlines. Tyrion is still busy drinking and knowing things, Dany (Emilia Clarke) is still trudging on toward Vaes Dothrak, Arya (Maisie Williams) is still blind and holding a stick, Cersei (Lena Headey) and Jaime (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) are still looking devious, Qyburn (Anton Lesser) is still creepy, and the Three-Eyed Raven (Max von Sydow) is still doing whatever it is that Three-Eyed Ravens do. These photos give just the slightest of glimpses at what’s to come, but picking up from such a game-changing event as Jon Snow’s revival, there’s bound to be plenty more intrigue in Sunday’s episode that the network is playing close to the repeatedly stabbed chest.
