Ok, history buffs. Turn: Washington’s Spies returns to AMC for Season 3 on Monday, April 25 at 10/9c. This is the season the spies on both sides ramp up their game: the Patriot’s Culper Ring under Ben Tallmadge (Seth Numrich) and his chief spy Abe Woodhull (Jamie Bell) versus the more experienced British masters of espionage headed by Maj. John Andre (JJ Feild).

While driven by resentment, money problems and an obsessive love for the loyalist Peggy Shippen (Ksenia Solo), who was dispatched by Andre – who was in love with her too – to seduce and recruit him, Benedict Arnold (Owain Yeoman) starts down the path to the betrayal at West Point that turns the onetime hero into America’s most infamous traitor. “All the personal and political factors in Arnold’s life as well as his love for this very scheming women will finally bring him over to the English side,” says Yeoman.

Look for more personal and political betrayal, several intense love triangles and the promise of “lots of close-quarters combat.”
