Episode 1
Foggy: "You ever wake up in the morning... from the second you get out of bed, it's like... every molecule in your body hurts?"
Matt: "No, never."
Foggy: "I'm in agony, dude."
Matt: "What, did you go back to the gym?"
Foggy: "Hell, no. Do I look capable of making healthy life choices? I went out, Matthew. Went out dancing."
Foggy's (Elden Henson) body pain probably doesn't compare to Matt's (Charlie Cox)

Foggy: "You know, Karen's been asking questions. The cuts, the scrapes, the bruises."
Matt: "What do you tell her?"
Foggy: "You have a drinking problem."
Matt: "That's horrible."
Foggy: "Well, it's more plausible than you put on a devil suit and beat the sh-t out of strangers."
Foggy and Matt debate the merits of the latter's Daredevil-ry

Episode 2
Foggy: "And the police have no idea who's doing this?"
Blake Tower: "It's an ongoing investigation. But our intelligence people are close to completing a profile."
Foggy: "A profile?"
Blake: "Even got a code name."
Foggy: "Like what? 'Killdozer,' or 'Dumbass With a Gun'?
Blake: "Not quite. They're calling this one...The Punisher.'"
The vicious vigilante's street name is finally said out loud by the Assistant District Attorney

Episode 3
Foggy: "You got face tattoos, friend. That's like telegraphing, 'I know what prison meatloaf tastes like.'"
Gang member: "You just better step back, now."
Foggy: "I'm not gonna ask if you know what happens when you get charged with assault. I got a hunch you got more mug shots than baby pictures back home."
Gang member: "Man, who are you?"
Foggy: "I'm the pro-bono suit you'll try to retain after you go down for this. Only not even my soft-hearted partner will take your case, or any other self-respecting attorney in Hell's Kitchen. Not because you're so badass, but because you're just that stupid. So I'm gonna do what attorneys do best and appeal to your selfish natures. Simply put, if you carve each other up now, in front of these witnesses, with cops right outside, you're screwed!"
Gang member: "I can't just walk away, man."
Foggy: "I'm not asking you to lose the oh-so-serious stink-eye. Just don't fight!"
Foggy manages to outwit a gang member from shooting a rival gang member in a hospital

Quentin: "You say that like, 'Yeah, a sunrise.'"
Quentin realizes some things are not really common knowledge

Penny: "Martin was crying like a little bitch about Fillory not wanting him anymore, and Jane said hang tight and she'll find some way that Martin can go back to Fillory anytime he wanted."

Penny's afraid Quentin's obsession with Fillory will rub off
