Looks like the concierge medicine business is coming to an end.

After seven seasons, USA announced this year will be the eighth and final season for Royal Pains. Eight new episodes will air starting in May, which will also include the show's milestone 100th episode.

For the last episodes, Hank (Mark Feuerstein) will finally decide between his professional and personal life, which may affect the future of HankMed. Evan (Paul Costanzo) and his wife Paige (Brooke D'Orsay) hit an impasse in their marriage, while Divya (Reshma Shetty) and Jeremiah (Ben Shenkman) reconsider their career paths. Hank and Evan's dad, Eddie (Henry Winkler), also pops up again with a secret that takes everyone by surprise, while Boris (Campbell Scott) makes a life-changing decision that will impact everyone.
