The Goldbergs goes all Top Gun in tonight’s episode when Barry (Troy Gentile) joins the ROTC. His need: speed. His code name: Sky Shark. His fighting skills: next to none.
Let’s just say he doesn’t belong. Then, instead of getting Barry out of his predicament, his overbearing mom, Beverly (Wendi McLendon-Covey), joins herself (where else was she going to wear that sequined camouflage sweater?)—and it all gets a little Private Benjamin.
