Late Night Rewind: Stephen Colbert and George Clooney Make Up a Movie (VIDEO)

Newsy

Late Night Rewind recaps the best moments from after-hours television. Here’s what you missed the night of Tuesday, September 8.

Late Show (CBS)

George Clooney isn’t promoting any new projects right now. So he had to make up something to talk about on the Late Show.

“We could pretend that you have a movie right now,” Stephen Colbert suggested.

“Okay, yeah. We could, okay,” George agreed.

“Let's say it’s some sort of action thriller, something like that,” Stephen continued.

“Okay, alright,” George replied.

“Call it...Decision Strike. How about that?” Stephen asked.

Jimmy Kimmel Live (ABC)

Next, Rita Ora sang ridiculous clickbait headlines.

Tonight Show (NBC)

Jimmy Fallon got some dating advice from a young viewer.

“This one’s from Caven. Caven is 10 years old. He said, ‘Dear Jimmy, I’m sorry you hurt your finger. My dad says that’s why you should never get married,’” Jimmy read aloud.

Watch What Happens Live (Bravo)

And if Alison Brie’s Mad Men character was on a Real Housewives show, her tagline would be:

“He may wear the pants in this relationship, but I control the zipper,” Alison laughed on Watch What Happens Live.
