If you’ve been on the fence about ordering HBO and Cinemax, the networks are hoping to whet your appetite for their programs when they air another one of their semi-regular free preview weekends, this one airing from Friday, April 22, through Monday, April 25 (check with your provider for availability).

Some heavy-hitting programming is featured during this free look, with the biggie being the Season 6 premiere of the network’s flagship series Game of Thrones (Sunday at 9/8c). That will be followed by the season premieres of Silicon Valley (Sunday at 10/9c) and Veep (Sunday at 10:30/9:30c), along with a new episode of Last Week Tonight With John Oliver (Sunday at 11/10c).

Hoping to show off its non-series chops as well, HBO will be airing the pay-TV premiere of the blockbuster Jurassic World Saturday at 6:55/5:55c, followed by Beyoncé’s HBO event Lemonade (9/8c) and a couple of World Championship Boxing bouts, Golovkin vs. Wade/Gonzalez vs. Arroyo (10/9c).

There’s plenty of other viewing as well, including a replay of the HBO movie Confirmation, which debuted last weekend and stars Kerry Washington as Anita Hill in an exploration of the explosive Clarence Thomas Supreme Court nomination hearings (Sunday at noon/11c).

Over on Cinemax, viewers can check out lots of movies, as well as original programs like Banshee.

And just another reminder—please check with your provider regarding availability of the HBO/Cinemax free preview weekend.
