‘Arrow’ Unveils a First Look at Vixen (PHOTO)
Oooh, you little Vixen!
The CW has just released a look at Megalyn E.K.’s live-action version of Vixen, the DC Comics character she’s bringing to Arrow after having previously voiced the character on CW Seed’s animated digital series of the same name.
Able to summon the powers of any animal thanks to a mystical totem, E.K.’s iteration of the character—also known as Mari McCabe, and first introduced in the comics in 1981—is slated to appear in “Taken,” the season’s 15th episode. We have no word yet on how Oliver (Stephen Amell) and his crew cross paths with the Detroit-based McCabe, but it’s clear that they all share a fondness for shopping at Leather-Costumes-R-Us.
