As his career continues to shine, actor Jeffrey Tambor still takes time out to help motivate others.

The 71-year-old TV star, who this year won the best actor in a comedy Emmy for Amazon’s Transparent, speaks to a wide variety of groups throughout the years. His dedication to youth empowerment was one of the reasons that Tambor was honored this fall at the inaugural Television Industry Advocacy Awards benefitting the Creative Coalition in partnership with TV Guide Magazine and TV Insider.

In a video shot by Chideo: The Charity Network for the event, Tambor explained what motivates his service: “I love talking to young kids… actually I like talking to old kids too. I just like talking!” Watch as Tambor talks about giving back–and inadvertently gives his Donald Trump impersonation.
