The 5 Most ‘Girls’-iest Quotes in the ‘Girls’ Season 6 Trailer

GIRLS SEASON 6 TRAILER
HBO

The Girls are back…and as self-involved as ever. At least that’s what it looks like in a newly released trailer for the HBO comedy’s sixth and final season.

Since its debut in 2012, HBO’s comedy Girls has given viewers a look into a somewhat ridiculous, but often hilarious millennial perspective. Following Hannah Horvath (Lena Dunham) on her quest to become a writer in Brooklyn, and her troupe of equally bizarre and messed up gal pals, viewers have seen the characters struggle and flounder in a way most relatable to those in their 20s. Now that the final season is upon us, we may finally see Hannah reach a point in her life where she isn’t especially upset or falling apart—though the Season 6 trailer doesn’t do much to help make that case.

We broke down some of the trailer’s best lines and paired them with the most GIF-able moments from the teaser

Hannah on Marnie’s relationships: “Ray has no idea and thinks he’s just in a regular in love couple. And, now, she and Desi are seriously considering trying anal.”

Hannah: “Do you think I have time from the burgeoning career to support her sick little tryst?”

Hannah: “Why can’t someone just tell me exactly what to do in a way that makes it seem like it’s my idea?”

Elijah (Andrew Rannells): “Who are you to say grow up, huh? I am a grown up.”

Hannah: “The surf piece is all I’ve ever wanted to do. I do need to warn you that I hate and may be allergic to sand.”
Editor (played by Chelsea Peretti): “Oh, that’s great. I love that.
Hannah: “Also, super against sun. Super against sunscreen. Not into drinking water. I’m not into watching people have fun…”
